Poole to design a minimum of 10 system built homes in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
HandCrafted Homes anticipates building a substantial number of homes the first year, concentrating foremost on the markets that Mr. Poole's designs have the largest following, including Williamsburg, Virginia and Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina markets. As additional designs continue to be developed beyond the initial 10 home plans, both parties expect to double the number of homes built in the second year of the partnership.

The designs for these homes will be completed over a period of 18 months with the first to be constructed in late spring in Charlotte, NC. In addition to the initial offering of the William E. Poole DreamHome designs, there will be additional custom single-family homes and townhouses as demand dictates. All copyrighted floor plans are exclusive to HandCrafted Homes and protected by intellectual property laws.
